Do players pay when they book?

If they pay in full online, a no-show costs you nothing, so we count no-show recovery as $0.

Option 1: upload your bookings

A CSV export with a start column (like 2026-10-12 18:00). Optional: court, booked_at, price, status (confirmed, noshow, cancelled). We use your last 4 weeks.

Privacy: we delete the file after 7 days unless you sign up for a pilot.

Option 2: just tell us roughly how full you are

Skip the file. Drag each slider to about how many of your courts are booked at those times.
